Mr. Rich has represented many clients who had: disputes with car dealerships, disputes with other attorneys, disputes with other retail business, and financial disputes with former employers or business partners. Prior to attending law school at age 40, Mr. Rich was in business.
In this capacity, he was a client and hired attorneys. He realizes that disputes need to be concluded in the most economical way possible. There is nothing worse than being told how “good” your case is, as you spend thousands of dollars in attorney and litigation costs, only to find out later, that your case was no so “good” after all. Case evaluation is important in all disputes. What is the best possible outcome; what is the worst possible outcome. Miles W. Rich is a sole practitioner. He is under no pressure to bill hours for busy work, or to satisfy the demands of his partner/bosses.
