Mr. Rich has been in private practice in Roswell since 1995. His primary areas of practice are Family Law including Divorce, Custody, Modification, and Enforcement of Existing Decrees (Contempt); Criminal Defense including DUI, all misdemeanors, Juvenile Cases, and most felonies; and Business Litigation including Consumer and Business Bankruptcies (Chapter 7, 11 and 13).

Mr. Rich is divorced and has three children. He shares custody of his teenage son who attends public school in North Fulton County.
